Meeting Description:

The Diachronic Generative Syntax (DiGS) conference is a forum for people to present work on diachronic and historical syntax that is informed by, and informs, generative syntactic theory. New York University will host for 2022, and we will have a special workshop on “Child learners in syntactic change: theory and methods”. Our invited speakers are Lieven Danckaert (Université de Lille), and Tamisha Tan (Harvard University, Invited Student).

Call for Papers:

DiGS23 is now accepting submissions for oral and poster presentations for the main session and the workshop. Abstracts should be no longer than two US Letter pages (minimum font size: 12pt), including examples and references. Exception: Additional lines needed for glossing and translating non-English data will not be counted against the page limit.
