Hi all:
We have just posted an ad for a one-year historical linguistics “Teaching Associate” position in our faculty here at Cambridge University:
This is a (for the humanities) properly-paid position, roughly equivalent to what would be called a “visiting assistant professor” post in the US.
We’re hoping to get authorization for a permanent version of the post starting in September 2021, but this is of course not guaranteed, especially given the financial impact of the pandemic on the university.
